New exchange programme for international exchange students and guest lecturers
Tietgen Business College offers a new BA top-up in International Hospitality Management to students, who are heading for management positions in the hospitality industry in Denmark and abroad.
The programme is developed in close cooperation with authorities, organisations and business within the hospitality sector. This unique collaboration is continuously manifested in the teaching through guest lectures, projects, company visits, internships etc.
The international semester (6th semester of the full education) starts in February and is centred on the following themes:
- Cross cultural understanding (10 ECTS)
- Elective - new experience economy and tourism & heritage (5 ECTS)
- Marketing elective - several options (10 ECTS)
- Semester project (5 ECTS)
Invitation for exchange students
Students are very welcome to attend the full program of 30 ECTS (perhaps as an ERASMUS/NORDPLUS exchange) or for a shorter period. At Tietgen Business College they will experience a lively and international study environment with students from more than 20 nationalities who study at one of our Danish or international programmes.

Invitation for guest lecturers
The Hospitality Management programme features an international semester which is specially scheduled to inviting teaching staff to guest lecture (as an ERASMUS/NORDPLUS exchange if possible).
At the college the teachers will become part of our teaching staff which is highly professional and have built their experience in the business world.
The themes are divided into modules of one week’s duration. Teaching staff is welcome to assign for guest lecturing in any of the modules. Lectures and readings should be in English.
