The international students at Tietgen Business College had a fun afternoon with Danish Christmas food and traditions.
The lecturers at the Marketing Management programmes invited the international students to a Christmas celebration in the canteen to round off the Autumn semester 2009.
The canteen was decorated with Christmas decorations and a Christmas tree. The lecturers had arranged some traditional Danish Christmas food for the students to try: ’æbleskiver’ which is a sort of doughnut and ‘gløgg’ which is a punch spiced with cinnamon, raisins and almonds.
Afterwards the students played a parcel dice game.
The garden outside the canteen served as a perfect scenery for the Christmas celebration as it started snowing and the students had fun making a snowman.
